Road trip nightmare

Just arrived in Golden B.C. After taking about two hours to drive the last 100Km. Roadworks!! Might have to revise our stay in Nelson tonight. More later if there's coverage.

    Thanks Chris. I am managing to fit in runs on most days, just not as far or as fast as I'd like. Sitting in a car all day seems to do something to my legs that makes them tired and heavy!
